Employment Agreements
Outsourcing contracts specify certain conditions applicable to the service provider’s employees. In addition, the service provider may need to protect its rights in the employment relationship by entering into employment agreements. While some such protections may accrue from the employee manuals, employment agreements may help the parties, particularly for senior executives and senior project / relationship managers.
